Note that:
  • class may refer to a class (in person or online), conference, webinar or a course (in person or online).
  • “You”, refers to you, the student or class participant
The programme and timing of any class is subject to change, if necessary.
 
For online classes, webinar and conference, please let us know the name you will use on the web meeting session (Zoom or otherwise), as this will speed up your entry into the class.
 
The registration is not transferable and only the registered student can attend the class.
 
You acknowledge that all materials viewed and heard during the class, along with the class content are the solely the intellectual property of Academy of Astrology and the Tutor. Students have no intellectual property rights with regards to the material or recording.
 
You acknowledge and permit that Academy of Astrology may record the class and sell the recording.
 
You must not make recordings and materials from the class available to anyone else, students doing so may be excluded from any future classes without refund.
 
If you need to cancel your registration, this needs to be done at least 7 days before the start date of the class and will incur a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date. In the event you cannot attend a class, a recording of the class may be available for the registered participants for a limited time after the presentation.
 
If a series of classes has been booked in advance, and registration for later classes are cancelled by the student (at least 7 days before the start of those classes), then the refund will be the amount paid less the full price of the classes already taken and the 20% cancellation fee.
 
The Tutor has the right to exclude any student for any reason. If a student is excluded from the class, a refund will be given for classes not yet taken, after deduction of a 20% cancellation fee.
 
Students of a class should behave appropriately at all times, this includes, but is not limited to:  respect for other participants; not interrupting the tutor; not sharing personal details of other people, without their explicit consent.
 
Academy of Astrology reserves the right to exclude anyone from booking any class without giving a justification.
 
Whilst every effort is made to record all classes, we cannot guarantee a recording will be available if technical problems have made this impossible.
 
Please make sure the correct email address is linked to your PayPal account.
 
By default, the email address linked with your Paypal account is the one that we will use to send you the webinar link and other emails related to the event. If you normally use another email account to receive mails, please let us know after you have completed the payment process.
 
A confirmation email will be sent to you within five days after the payment is completed. If you do not receive the confirmation email from us, please check the junk mail folder first. If nothing is there, then please contact us through our Facebook Page or at aoa.enquiry@gmail.com.
 
Academy of Astrology accepts no responsibility for any attendee of the class who has not followed the technical instructions for access to the class or who does not have an appropriate internet connection.
