Conditions and Refund/Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration and request a refund on or before 28 November 2025.
A cancellation fee of £30 per registration will be applied to all cancellations made before this date.
After 28 November 2025, cancellations and refunds will no longer be available.
If, for any reason, the Academy of Astrology is unable to host the Academy of Astrology Online Conference (5–7 December 2025), the event will be rescheduled and a recording will be provided.
Delegates who prefer not to attend the rescheduled event may request a full refund of their registration fees.
In the unlikely event that a speaker needs to withdraw, we will substitute them with another speaker.
